Naltrexone HCl 1.5 mg capsule
The capsules of LDN are available in the range of 1.0 to 4.5 mg; Avicel is used as a filler, which is an inert filler. The max. Dosage is 4.5 mg, because otherwise one can get too many side effects. On the page you can order for 1,5mg/capsule.
Side effects :
When starting to use sleep problems (insomnia, disturbed sleep which can be accompanied with vivid, bizarre dreams), nausea, prevent hangovers, headaches can occur. And especially women are more emotional. This usually disappears after about one week, if not then contact your doctor / practitioner or pharmacy.
Interaction with other medications :
combination with alcohol and morphine-like painkillers is strongly discouraged. LDN stimulates the immune system, whereby the combination with immunosuppressive agents such as interferons, methotrexate, azathioprine and steroids is not advised. Pregnancy and Lactation
About the use during human pregnancy is insufficiently known. In animal experiments Naltrexone has proved to be harmful (pregnancy category B3). It is also unknown whether naltrexone comes into mothers milk. Talk to your doctor / practitioner if you are breastfeeding and want to use Naltrexone.
